Superbad Review

This movie is directed by Greg Mottola, and stars Jonah Hill, Micheal Cera, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Bill Hader and Seth Rogen.
This is a story about two best friends, Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Micheal Cera), who are both seniors and about to graduate from highschool and go on to different colleges. On this specific night they decide to go to a party with some girls from school that they both like and want to have drunken sex with them. The movie really pays more attention to how they go about getting the alcohol for the party with an accomplice of theirs, Fogell (aka McLovin) (Christopher Mintz-Plasse).
This movie is not as good as everyone made it out to be. I was hoping it would be amazing, because I really liked Knocked Up and was looking for that kind of movie from Seth Rogen again. Some of the scenes are pretty hilarious, especially those with Officer Michaels (Seth Rogen) and Officer Slater (Bill Hader). The acting in the movie is pretty good though, like I believe these are all naive immature highschool virgins who all just want to get fucked up (in more than one way), however as a comedy its pretty average for me.
